Ingredients

  • 100g chia seeds
  • 300g Nush Mango & Passion Fruit Almond M.lk Yog
  • 125ml dairy-free milk drink
  • 30ml maple syrup
  • For the toppings
    • 50g Nush Mango & Passion Fruit Almond M.lk Yog
    • Handful of blueberries
    • Mango chunks
    • Granola
    • Toasted coconut flakes

Method

  • In a bowl combine the chia seeds, Nush yog, m.lk and maple syrup and place the bowl in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
  • When ready to eat split the mixture between two glasses/bowls and top with the remaining Nush yog.
  • Top with blueberries, mango, granola and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
