Apple juice fermented to 5% acidity.
Mix 1- 2 teaspoons (5mlto10ml) of apple cider vinegar in half a glass of water and consume on empty stomach every morning or use it salad dressing. Non diabetics can also add a teaspoon of honey for better results.
Do not consume pure vinegar directly. Always dilute with water. For best results store in cool and dark place Keep away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate and consume within 45 days once opened. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Do not buy if the bottle is puffed or seal is broken.
